You are in business because you want some type of result: more money or a better standard of living, freedom to be your own boss and control your own schedule, contribution to the world in some way.
The results that you get in your business are completely based on the actions that you take.
The type and quality of actions that you take is based on the level of motivation and inspiration that you feel. The more motivation and inspiration you have, the more likely it is that you will do things that scare you, build effective systems and processes, put in the “hard” time, go the “extra” mile.
The level of motivation and inspiration you feel is based on your purpose. The reasons that drive you. Your WHY. The more reasons that you have for wanting a result, the more motivation and inspiration you will feel. The more motivation and inspiration you feel, the more actions you will take. You will also take the “hard” actions consistently. The more actions you take the better your results will be.
What are your reasons for wanting what you want? Is it a better standard of life? Is it to create freedom for yourself and for your family? Is it to prove to yourself that you can do something unique and great? Is it to leave the world a better place? Is it to help others succeed?
There is no “right” reason. Each person is unique. What is important is that your reasons burn inside of you. What is important is that your reasons drive you each and every day. It all starts with your purpose, your reasons for wanting what you want.
