Whether you believe you can, or you believe you can’t, you’re right.
This principle is uncanny as it applies to an entrepreneur’s ability to launch a successful venture, make the necessary connections and networks, and effectively market their product.
How many times have you thought to yourself, “that person is no smarter than me, why are they able to succeed in a way that I haven’t been able to?”.
The answer is simple: it has nothing to do with intelligence, or other external factors. You can easily find stories of success from people who come from all walks of life and have overcome all manner of difficulties.
The answer is belief. People who overcome odds, people who persist and then succeed, people who refuse to give up no matter what obstacle is placed in their way believe in themselves. They have absolute certainty in their ability to pull it off. For them it is only a matter of time.
Belief (I believe) is the most critical factor of success for an entrepreneur. If you don’t have it then you will struggle. You have to get it. Read books, get positive experiences, get a mentor who builds you up. Do whatever you can to develop your belief.
